Kick Start Needed

Hi I'm Natalie. I did SW last year and lost 2stone. I have managed to out 1.5 back on since Xmas and really need something like this to kick Start. App scared me when it said how much I would gain in 5 weeks if I keep eating the way I'm going. So hello. Any one know good low calorie normal meals??
