Gained weight as a vegan

Hi everybody!
I'm starting my weight loss journey today to drop the extra 10 kilos that I gained since turning vegan 7 months ago. Although my relationship with food has improved since switching to a vegan lifestyle, I find portion control to be the hardest thing for me to maintain.
I also started studying in February and have cut down my weight training drastically from 6 days to maybe 2 or 3 times a week if I'm lucky, so my BMR is a lot lower than before.
I'm optimistic that slowly but surely, I can get back to a healthy weight of 55kg and maybe even say hello to my abs!
