Weight gain- input?

I've put on 2 pounds ON in the last 3 days and generally have not really seen much in the way of inches coming off. I feel healthier, but wondered how common this is. It's not going to deter me, but it feels frustrating. Any insightful input?

    Could be lots of different things

    Time of the month... Period
    You didn't drink enough water
    Salty foods etc.
    Water weight

    Stick with your calories, healthy eating and exercise, and you should lose

    ^^Any of those. I find that if I eat a lot of processed type food I will bloat if I don't also drink a ton of water. Sodium makes your body store water so you have to flush it out with more water I guess! I have learned that a couple of pounds will always be coming and going.

    No big deal it is just water last weekend on my cheat day ate crawfish and drank beers on Sat. weighed Mon put on 7 pounds in a weekend by today I have lost 2 of the 7 just watch your soduim is the main thing
