I start awhile but fell off the wagon trying to change my weight but don't know how could someone please help me ????

    For me, it's been as simple as sticking to a calorie allowance. MFP will give you a calorie allowance when you set up a weight loss profile. As far as your actual diet, meal timing, exercise, etc. you learn as you go and develop your own habits based on how you feel.
