Weighing meals! Help!

when weighing in meats , or carbs. Should I measure then raw or cooked? Like is the nutritional value the same even though the water is out? I'm confused ?

So let's say I need like 4 oz of chicken. I should measure 4 oz raw? When I cook it it becomes like 3 oz or something ? Is it still the same !?0

Yes, weigh it raw and use an entry for raw chicken.
If you are cooking multiple portions, weigh it raw for X number of portions, then once cooked, weigh again and divide by X for the amount of cooked food per portion.0
