When people question weighing your food?

    So far, I've only weighed food at one person's house, and he's on MFP too, so it was his scale & he suggested it.
    Just got my own scale last week, and I've weighed a few things, found that I'm mostly pretty accurate, but I will
    check in once in a while to be sure I'm still on track.

    But if someone were to question me, I think that "because I want to" would probably suffice.
    If not, "because I'm trying to make healthier choices and need to know how much I'm really eating, instead of
    estimating" would probably work.
