Doing it for my Kids

I'm a single mother of 3 one with special needs. I just focused on my kids and just forgot about my self and now I'm worried because I'm losing my strength and I'm constantly hurting. I now realized that to be there for my kids I have to worry about me to so I could be there for them the longest that I can. In need of support!

You need to get away from them once a week..or.. have a friend come to help watch the kids have a nice hot bath! Should have your blood checked too if your feeling tried!! They will answer lotsof things too!!

Its hard by but you can do it!! Spend some time everyday focusing on yourself, wake up a little earlier or stay up later. The sacrifices will be well worth it. Feel free to add me as a friend!0

Do it for you. Many loved ones will usually say "you don't need to change" and that can throw a wrench in your plans. It's okay to take a little time out for yourself daily.
