Hello, my name is Amy. I am 49 and have 40+ pounds to lose. I used to be really good with fitness and nutrition, and had some big life events throw me off course in the last five years. I need help finding my way back to taking care of myself, again. I am 5'2" and my health depends on me losing weight and keeping it off. I would be grateful for some support and encouragement! Thanks!

Welcome Amy, I am kind of in the same boat as you. I used to be quite fit and was a gymnast till I turned 10. And then gained excess weight in less than a year. Haven't been able to lose it since. But I'm not going to give up! I've joined and shyed away from several gyms. Until I decided, I'm going to challenge myself instead of gym machines. Good luck to you. You have already begun your journey!0

Thanks for your kind words! I don't do well with gyms anymore either. Good luck on your journey as well. I will watch for your posts and look forward to our success!0
