I've been watching what I'm eating, but I'd love to start tracking it. It makes me more accountable, obviously. But my issue is my schedule. I work nights, but when I'm not working, I switch my schedule around. Sooo.. follow me here.
Sunday night, Monday night, & Tuesday night: I always work 9pm to 9am. After Tuesday night at work, I usually either stay up all day on Wednesday or only nap maybe 2 hours. Then I'm on a "normal" schedule. I work every other Saturday night.
I have no idea where to start on tracking this.

Change your diary labels to time frames. Mines broken apart like:
- 12 am - 4 am
- 4 am - 8 am
- 8 am - 12 pm
- 12 pm - 4 pm
- 4 pm - 8 pm
- 8 pm - 12 am
Then you just log your food based on what time frame you ate it (or going to eat it if you pre-plan) on the correct calendar day. I've done shift work and while I'm not working now, I just left my diary as is because it's easy for me. My husband does the same thing with his diary and he's a night shift worker now (previously a shift worker too).0 -
Ah! I didn't know you could change the labels. Learn something new... thanks! lol.0
