Hello from Washington state!

Hi! I am totally new to this site. I had sleeve surgery 22 days ago, and am hoping that by coming in here daily and recording my food and activity, I will be more likely to get off the couch! I also would like to find some good recipes, but don't really know how.... I'm going back to work in another week or two, so I really need to get a good program going! And any help any of you can give, any support will be so welcome, as I live by myself! Any ideas to encourage me to get off the couch? I've been walking my dogs, but I'm still so large that walking very long hurts... Thanks in advance!

    Get a walking partner, and strive to stay under your calorie goal.
