If I eat 1200 calories a day, can i exercise everyday too and not eat back the burned calories? Or would that not be healthy to go below 1200 calories from exercise? thanks.

    My advice is for you to see a dietician or a nutritionist before doing anything. They would be able to point you in the right direction. There is also lots of info on the internet. Its best to research before rushing into things. Your health is your wealth so make sure you keep your health at top priority.

    Eat some of your exercise calories back. You are looking to net 1200 calories for the day, so eat!
