Hi everyone my names lennie and yet again I'm trying to lose weight. However I have the added issue of being diabetic and if my calorie intake is too low I tend to go into a hypoglycaemic state. I was wondering if there is anyone else out there that has the same problems and how you've managed to counteract it.
Thanks in advance

Hello! Have you thought about seeing the nutritionist/doctor about your plans? I'm not diabetic but my partner has type 1, so I know how it's vital to avoid the hypos at all costs. The doctor might be able to help (if you're type 1) with recommendations for your pump background levels if you use one and I'm sure they'll have met lots of diabetics with the same goals. My partner lost a lot of weight when we moved to the city centre just by virtue of running to and from work each day (yes running - he's always late!). But for your safety, it's really great to keep them in the loop about what you want to do so you can do it sustainably and safely. Sorry there's not a lot of actual advice on there, but I wish you the best of luck0
