hi there, my name is melinda and im a single mum of a gorgeous 6yr old girl. and horribly i weigh 138kg
ive decided its about time i lost my weight. ive always been over weight but, over the past 6 months i have been on workcover with a very bad back, 3 disks and facet joints being stuffed, which inturn means i can hardly move a great deal without pain.
ive ungreatfuly gained around 20kg in 6 months and i feel so very discusted in myself that i could do that.
ita time to start losing it. so im doing herbalife shakes and having a normal yet healthy dinner. since i cant really move yet... including walking too far, its the best option that i have at this time, so i hope i can still lose weight.
thia app has told me that i should have 1620 calories a day. all i can say is that wow... im ok with the food, but being the first night and usually craving something sweet around this time... i cant find anything to eat hahaha... but i will get used to it id assume and soon to be without.
please feel free to add me or become friends or whatever this app does.
and i hope to hear from more people around the world in similar circumstances.
