Almost reached my target

Feeling positive - for the last 1/2 months I have been trying to put on weight from 9 and half stone to 12 stone whilst working out 3-4 times a week. I am a little bit under 11 stone now so almost there! So pleased because I have never gone over 9 and a half stone before as I've had trouble eating enough food, Thanks MFP!

Thanks Scott! I've bumped up my calorie intake from approximately 1500 to 3000 calories each day. I use a mass build protein shake on days I work out but don't focus too much on what I eat but obviously don't eat anything too fatty and find I'm eating mostly carbs. I think the next step is to try change my diet and eat more protein based foods eggs etc, any advice would be much appreciated? I'll probably put a new post up soon in regards to this0
