I started out doing low carb and tracking everything I ate on FP, keeping in my calorie range ( because that would be more beneficial to my lifestyle and needing to see the fastes results possible for my health and well being) I briefly had to change my eating habits and incorporate carbs and processed foods but for the most part I stayed in my calorie range. Not only did this prove to me that low carb was so much better for me, my own body, (not trying to conquer the world) I saw massive results in the first 2 weeks doing low carb rather than just eating anything I wanted in my calorie range. For a whole month I went up two pounds then down two pounds and maintained. So what I am asking is, will you share your ratio's and how long I should be only eating 20-50 carbs/day? just from your own experiences? Would love to see pictures as well! Thanks in advance for the motivation!

I'm doing low carb for medical reasons only. I'm allergic to something in wheat flour, (not gluten) and I have no idea what it is, so I just rarely eat it. I don't eat rice anymore either, and I don't miss it. Quinoa is so much more tasty! yum :D

I don't think its wise to cut out carbs or foods if you really love them, then you will eventually just crash and give up. Its hard to tell if you are doing that or not so if this doesn't apply to you, just ignore me haha. If you don't miss them, then more power to you! For me it works out great, I feel thinner every day because I'm not carrying around all that water weight!
