Hi
AMT TRAINER and elliptical no lifting 5 Days a week Burning approx 900 calories in one hour. Slow weightloss why? I eat about 1300 a day. I srtarted of at 185 in march now 176.5 why weightloss so slow. Shouls i eat less carbs and increase protein? What changes can i make to see increase in weightloss? : (
