Why, Hello There, Tummy.

For anyone reading this, I am here to motivate the mess out of you! (Everything seems easier when you have positive motivation, right?)
But, my name is Katherine, I am 22 years old, and I'm tired of feeling crummy about my weight. I thought I was on the right track once I found out I had an intolerance to gluten. I dropped 25 Ibs in just a matter of weeks, all because I was forced to change my "bread packed" diet.
Needless to say, I got cocky. I thought that was all I needed and I could finally have the body I wanted - I was wrong. Now I've gained about 15 Ibs back, and I feel like absolute crud.
It's time to change that!
I honestly have no set weight I want to be. I am mainly focused on wanting to lose inches, mainly on my hips and bust:
Last time I checked, I was about 38" in the bust
37 in the lower waist, but 32 in the upper waist.
And 40 in the hips (I measured on the fullest part of the bum. Did I do it right?)
Either way, I'm tired of making excuses and I'm ready to finally be comfortable in my own skin.
WHO'S WITH ME!?

Say goodbye to the tummy!
I also lost a lot of weight [mostly from stress], and then gained it all right back. Ended up just a few pounds away from my heaviest from back in high school and decided that this was utterly ridiculous. I've worked hard to get away from the poptart, pizza and beer college diet [though I may still treat myself to two of those ]. Redownloaded MFP and started exercising, and now so close to my first twenty lbs obliterated. Like you, I don't have a set goal weight. I have a roundabout idea of where "healthy" falls on the scale for me, but I really just want to look/feel better.
Welcome to the wagon!0 -
Mine downfalls were mainly gluten free noodles loaded in butter, and so much rice it was probably leaking out of my ears. And chocolate! Get rid of one addiction and replace it with another.
But I'm glad we have to same outlook! I feel like if I set a weight goal, I just will never be pleased, you know? So I set a measurement goal!
I just want to feel happy and healthy!
