I'm so not prepared, gonna blame a crazy work schedule, but I'm going and I'm going to finish! If you've lost a generous amount of weight (even today I'm down 70lbs from a few years ago) I highly recommend trying out a mud run. Maybe start with a Sprint though. Looking good is great but nothing makes you feel better about the new 'you' than accomplishing something your body simply couldn't handle before. Right after I got to my goal weight (185-190 lbs) I did Tough Mudder and Warrior Dash and they were exhilarating experiences I'll never forget.

Anyone else got an exciting event coming up? Or going to this one? Maybe we'll run into each other among the thousands of people there, ROFL!
