Hi. I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I don't drink too much milk-mostly soy and almond products. But I do add dairy to my coffee. Eat whole foods! Also if you are going to eat eggs multiple times a day, have one whole egg and some egg whites-less calories and less fat. You shouldn't be deficient in anything as a lacto-ovo vegetarian just as long as you eat lots of nutritious foods.0
