Help Me Help Myself

So I'm starting up again but this time it's different. My mindset is on learning about working out, nutrition, rest, refuel, etc. I've done this yo-yo diet thing long enough and I'm tired! It's about me. I have given myself to so many that I never left time for me and I lost myself. I have to take care of myself, no actually I WANT to take care of myself. Why do a couple hours a day feel like such a selfish thing?

Bottom line, I need support since I'm not getting it at home and I'm not one to be on social media posting and bragging. I'm 38 years old, 5'6" and weigh about 220lbs and am a size 16/18. My ideal weight is about 175lbs and a size 14 with some body definition to my curves. Bootcamp at 6pm tonight is the first step to finding myself.

    if you feel like and if you don't have much weight to lose just exercise 2 days a week for 30 minutes and on one of the days treat yourself to what u like to do or eat. working towards yourself is not just your weight.

    Hope u work it out and lose what you need to lose!

    Well done on taking the first step to a healthier happier you. Its about changing you food relationship, watching your calorie intake and exercising a little or what ever level you comfortable with. Keep it up.
