I've had this app for years now but always give up or my slacking turns permanent Im back again and want to lose 10lbs by the end of June 2015 as an initial goal if its possible. Im 17, 5'7" 165lbs and sedentary. If anyone is willing to mentor me and just keep me on track and motivated it would be greatly appreciated. I've been over weight my entire life since i was like 3 and really want to make a change once and for all while i'm young and avoid putting a negative toll on my health. Thanks!

I would suggest removing the deadline and just make the traget to lose 10lb until you get the hang of it. It seems a self imposed traget. You may or may not make it, whats more important is you start learning how to diet effectively, its pretty straightforward.
