chin up question,

Is there a correct or proper way to do chin ups ? i do them and only feel it in my lats, am i doing it wrong, shoulnt i feel it in my bis?

If you put your hands closer together, you’ll probably feel your biceps more. But really?0

I wouldn't say there is an incorrect way to do them (and not necessarily you feel muscles that are being exercised). Your back muscles do most of the work on a chin up. If you wish to focus more on your arms do them with an underhand grip, keep your hips more under you (you are swinging them forward, that's why you feel the lats) and think about doing the negative movement (going down) slowly - it makes the next one up much harder.0
