How come my steps are no longer registering?

Over the last week I've noticed that my steps via iPhone health app are no longer registering how can I correct this?

    Same here. The phone is registering the steps and it shows the steps in the green line but no longer ads the calories to my counts. Anyone else?

    Mine will either not add any calories or add calories from my workouts.

    Mine isn't counting steps but still adjusting calories.

    Hello MyFitnessPals,

    We are working on tightening some things up on the back end surrounding our Steps feature within the MyFitnessPal program over the next 24-48 hours.  This relates to both integration partners that send steps to MyFitnessPal, and feature that tracks steps directly from the M7/M8 chip within the iPhone.  Some users may experience issues (like duplicated or increased step counts), while others may not see any impact.

    We will update this article once everything should be resumed as normal.  Thanks for your patience and understanding while we do these necessary improvements!

    Efforts continue to clear up issues our users are seeing with our Steps service. Unfortunately, we have not arrived a stable state within 48 hours of our first post, as we'd hoped to do.

    As a consequence of the continued instability, our integration with Fitbit is currently experiencing downtime. We are working hard to restore all of our Steps features, and our Fitbit integration, and apologize sincerely for the inconvenience.
