Time for a confession. Don't know what's happening but it's scaring the s#!t it of me. After almost six years of successfully shedding almost 200 pounds and reducing my bf% from 57 to just below 10; not to mention building what my trainer tells me is some serious muscle, I am beginning to feel my enthusiasm for fitness and body conditioning waning, and my motivation has almost completely vanished. I don't know if it's just exhaustion from all the work over the last few months spent relocating from Texas to California or what, but it has me VERY concerned. Today I am forcing myself back in the saddle but I WANT my full on enthusiasm back, dammit!
Any advice out there? I'm in need of one VERY serious attitude adjustment, my friends. Thanks, PXM
