I've used FP for a few years and lost a good deal of weight up to Oct 2013. As often happens, life took over -work, divorce, bereavement etc and I let things go. Happily not put too much weight back on (about 10 lbs) but stopped exercising (weight training) and I'm feeling unfit, fat and generally unhealthy. Also stated smoking again after nearly 10 years (duh!!!).

So today I'm going to try and take back control, stop smoking, start running and eat healthier. Hopefully I will get some motivation, tips and support from all you lovely FP people!
