Back after several months

Hello all. I did the mfp thing for a few months with some success. Then I fell off the wagon for a few months, gained some weight, etc. So here I am again.

My fitness goals are as follows: Exercise on a regular basis, make healthier food choices, lose weight, and quit smoking. Really the overall goal is to develop a healthy lifestyle.

If anyone shares similar goals, wants to offer motivation, and/or receive motivation, feel free to add me.
