Hey Everyone, Question, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. All of a sudden, when I enter my exercise, it doesn't increase my macro's like it used to. How do I fix this?

MFP used to change macros with exercise and not only calories? I wonder how MFP was figuring out those numbers base on an exercise?

MFP used to increase macro requirements proportionally to your normal day. So if 50% of your calories were from carbs and you had a daily 1600 calorie intake, on a day you burned 800 calories exercising it would add 50% of those 800 calories in to your carb allowance for that day for you.

But now that only works if you purchase a premium membership.

So MFP assumes got it. Change in Marcos with exercise are not all the same per exercise. Depends on the intensity level.

Yeah, I was only using as a guideline. I wear a HRM and usually only enter runs in MFP

Mine must have updated overnight because it was working last night but not today on the app. I kind of like it because it makes it easier to make my % goals more in line with my grams goals for protein. In the past, when I had a high exercise adjustment from activity/my Fitbit, I looked way under on my protein. Looks like the pie chart still works, which I like to use as a quick gauge of my day or if I'm feeling a bit hungry I can see if I'm off on my macros.
