Calculating my TDEE was one of the BEST things I've ever done...:) I eat everything in moderation and I keep track of my calorie intake...I exercise between 3-7 hours a week and I've been steadily losing between 1-2lbs per week. I feel great too and I'm never hungry unless I undereat (which can happen sometimes if I'm having a fatique bout from fibro...I end up sleeping for 12 hours so dinner kinda gets skipped! Not a good thing!)
