Awesome NSV!

Even though I've lost quite a bit of weight I've been a little self concious about wearing form fitting clothes or anything sleeveless. People tell me I'm "skinny", but I'm thinking they're delusional, I'm still 176lbs (between 12-14), but last night while wearing my Turbo Fire tank (yeah, that's right I finished Turbo Fire), I was taking my recycle bin to the curb (today is trash day) when my neighbor made a comment about my awesome biceps. Now I saw my awesome biceps, but I also thought I looked fine at 265lbs, so I had no credibility, but someone else saw my biceps. I guess its off to buy a bunch of sleeveless tops for the summer!!! (as long as I don't wave my arms, if you catch my drift)

First off, congrats on finishing Turbo Fire! And great job on your guns. I hope to lose the jiggle in these flabby arms I have.

My NSV today would have to be passing up an ice cream cone from Haagen Daz after eating lunch. The old me wouldn't think twice about having one (and maybe even a cookie), even if I was ridiculously full. But I said no, went home, and survived
