Waist Slimming Belts....do they really work?

So I know this may sound stupid, but, I have a Body Glove Neoprene waist belts that is supposed to help burn off that belly fat around the abdomen. I have been wearing it when I work out, but does it actually do any good?

It *may* help you lose a very small amount of water weight from your midsection. Those results will be reversed as soon as you eat or drink anything.
As for actual fat loss, no it doesn't work.2 -
