    Can I just clarify...if I have a TDEE of say 1700 (moderately active) do I eat 1700 every day or only the days I workout?

    Do I need to do a separate calculation for my sedentary days?

    If you are going the TDEE method you will eat the 1700 everyday regardless of work out. Just make sure to work out the amount of time you put into the calculator otherwise you may not be at a deficit for the week. Hope that helps. I too was extremely confused on the subject.
