I'm on week 3 day 16 of CLX and yesterday I weighed in and the scale told me I had gained back the pound and a half I had lost and added and extra half for good measure. Well, I wasn't at all pleased so I grabbed my camera to compare with my Day 3 pics. Not a huge difference but a difference none the less. What do you think?

Yes I notice a difference in your tummy! Keep it up and don't let the scale determine how you feel. You are doing great!0

Round your shoulders and collarbone looks more defined, too.
You'll get days like that, when the scale is just trying to screw with your head. All it means is that you've had something to eat with a bit more salt or the exercise means your muscles are holding a little more water to aid repair/growth. Or your TOM is due in the next week.
The further along you go, you'll find some bits will look a bit baggier or somewhere will appear bigger to you - but that's because they've lost fat but haven't tightened up yet, or it's in comparison to other parts that have got smaller quicker. I find that with my tummy; it appears bigger looking directly at it, even though it's actually about 8 - 10 inches smaller - because my legs, butt, chest and everything else have also shrunk, but they have extra muscle/were carrying a smaller layer of fat in the first place.
TL;DR Don't worry about it, just keep going!0
