3 months after baby trying to lose this weight!

Hi just want some encouragement and suggestions after having baby gained a lot of weight!! In love with baby but not the weeight,taking it slow so any tips will be helpfull!!

I'm a male so I obviously haven't gone through that,but I can tell you how I've got ton lean for this summer if that helps? First I changed my macros to 40%carbs 40%protein and 20% fats.. I track my macros every day and try to keep my fats as low as possible. Eggwhites in the morning,protein shake,grilled chicken salad for lunch(7 oz's of chicken),protein shake,hit the gym like no tomorrow,protein shake,low car high protein dinner and lots of sleep... Hope that helps... Weigh your food. Walmart have cheap scales. And measure everything you eat... Or estimate as best as possible.. Good luck.0
