    Hey everyone! Just thought I would share my journey. I started January of 2012 and as of yesterday I hit my 80 lb mark. My goal was always 145, but I think I'm pushing for 132 now. What's another 20? ;) Hope these are encouraging to all!

    In the beginning.. 232 lbs.

    Today I weighed in at 150 :) I'm so excited for the 140's. So much fun losing weight :)

      I'm so happy for you, and so excited to watch the rest of journey.
      I keep wondering: How have the people in your family -- particularly your parents -- responded to the changes they've seen in you? I remember it was a family gathering that inspired you to make major lifestyle changes, and early on your parents voiced disbelieve that the effort would be worth it; whether or not you could make any changes, there was nothing that they could do that would improve their own quality of life. What are they saying now?
