eating in a surplus over the course of the day is screwing with your weight loss…not what your biggest meal is..

eat less, get in a deficit equals weight loss

I make lunch my biggest meal because that's when I'm hungriest. Meal timing and sizing should go according to whatever works best for you.

Doesn't matter - whichever one fits your personality and schedule the best.

I do not eat at all in the morning. Lunch is light. Dinner is the biggest meal for me --- we learn what works. After a while we evaluate and make modifications. Good luck. :)

When my breakfast is protein I am good for hours till my light lunch. If i have carbs for breakfast i just crave more all day...

Breakfast is my biggest meal (1200 cals+) No lunch, except for a light snack. Light dinner.

But like everyone else has said, it depends on what you prefer and your lifestyle.
