A returning participant. After losing 30kgs and then falling off the wagon, I've decided it's time to give it another crack. To be fair I have only gained back about 8kgs, but that's still far too much and I want to lost at least 9 from where I am now - 15 would be better. But I am in my 30's and it's not as easy to lose weight as it was before...
I am hoping that participation in this community may help motivate me and get me back on track.
Cheers,

Hi, I'm a returning participant too I lost just over 22kgs and then slacked off terribly and gained back about 10kgs - so here I am again, logging and exercising. Wishing you all the best with your journey, you'll get there, you did it before, you can do it again0

Thanks. It has felt like it's all too hard to get going again.
Wishing you all the best in your journey also. You'll get to your goal in no time.0
