    I love me some SWEAT POTATOES...OL

    Chipolte, paprika, salt and pepper, and a bit of brown sugar. Roast these in the oven or the grill and oh so yummy.

    I also like to bake them half way, cut them in wedges and then fry them in olive oil and a bit of butter in a pan on the stove. Add some cinnamon..
