Simple, just grant the wish that was made by the person before you with a wicked twist, and then make a new wish! ;)

    I wish I hadn't accidentally gone over my calorie allowance the past few days. I know I'll regain all my lost weight now, as I'm on bed rest for a wound, no exercise allowed.
