Calories a day I need

Hi I was wondering how many calories I should be eating a day I am female, age 27, 5ft 7inchs and weight 108lbs! Any advice would be really appreciated

    She's 5'8" and 107 lbs. She doesn't need to lose any weight!

    How fast have you lost weight in the last month? (Rate of 1lb a week would suggest you need to add approx 500 cals a day to maintain.)

    You will probably have to experiment to find the magic number that allows you to keep within an acceptable weight range. Remember it needs to be a range not a single number to allow for normal weekly/monthly fluctuations.

    Considering you are in the underweight range right now ... above maintenance until you gain some. Netting around 1800-2000 calories combined with an exercise plan that includes resistance training would be a start point.
