Need some gung-hoing.

I don't have to make myself go running; it's something I look forward to, but lifting? Not so much.

I know I need to lift more often to preserve the good old LBM, but I just hate it so much. I guess because it reminds me how weak I am, and even when I lifted 3 times a week, I progressed so SLOWLY. And I really hate the clips that hold the weights in place; they're a nuisance, and hurt my hands. (Yes, I know I'm a wuss.)

So, please, anybody got any good motivating, encouraging things I can think about to get myself at it, and keep at it? Pictures of lifters don't really help because I feel like I'll never get there.

Book a couple of PT sessions? Then you have to go to the gym, and you may want to go more in between sessions so you feel better about seeing the PT?

Take a few scoops of pre-workout. You'll be flying around the gym feeling unstoppable :D
