Hey all,
I am a young uni student from Melbourne studying psychology who has almost finished her undergrad. I am also doing a unit in nutrition, which the classes are given by a professional dietitian. Studying nutrition has been very helpful and motivated me to start tracking my energy intake with MFP.
Looking for other people to share some motivation with. I am more than happy to help with basic nutrition advice and psychological advice to help you reach your goals. I am looking to lose more weight and then begin to gain some muscle mass.

You should probably wait until you're qualified before you start offering to give people advice.0
