I am just getting restarted with work outs. I really enjoy doing this low impact workout, for a starter. My question is, how should I count it???? Would it be walking or low impact aerobics??
Thank you for helping me out on this.

Down load "Map my walk" and sync it with MFP it does all the tracking. Good luck0

I'm no expert but I see it as both walking and aerobics. Just walk, 15, 20, 30,60 mins. It doesn't matter as long as you do it and enjoy it and add on more as you go along. I just saw my next door neighbor and she lost a lot of weight just from walking. She got a job as a mail carrier and does a lot of walking. I walk over a bridge after work for about an hour. You see a lot of people doing the same thing and enjoying it. So go for it.

I log it as walking 4-4.5 miles per hour. Since thats what leslie says is the tempo for many of her dvds.
I use leslie s ansones videos almost every night.
I have little kids and dont have time during the day to go for a walk.
I use her dvds with the firm and 30 day shred mixed in and it really has made a difference in the way I look.0
