Need to stop craving bad food

    I like to think "what CAN i eat" instead of what i cant eat. Especially if im having craving. I have a "mug brownie" that i like and its only about 100 calories. Some time i have plain popcorn with a tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on it. Usually does the trick. I also have "cheat" days when i dont log and im not careful and im still loosing (slowly which is my plan).
