Found some good drink recipes
I was reading a cooking light magazine, and they had a whole section for drinks. Thought I would share them with ya'll.
Peach-Mango Smoothie
2/3 cup frozen sliced peaches
2/3 cup frozen mango
2/3 cup peach nectar
1 tbs honey
1 6oz container fat free peach yogurt
Blend all together. Yields 2 servings, 1 cup per serving
Calories: 184 Fat: .3g Protein 41g Carbs: 44g Fiber: 2.4g Chol: 2mg Sodium:50mg
Strawberry Guava Smoothie
1 cup quartered strawverries
1/2 cup guava nectar
1 6 oz container fat free strawberry yogurt
1 frozen sliced ripe banana
5 ice cubes
Blend together. Yields 2 servings, 1 1/4 cup per serving
Calories: 156 Fat: /5g Protein: 4.2g carb:36.2g Sodium: 49 mg
Banana Breakfast Smoothie
1/2 cup 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tbs honey
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 frozen sliced ripe banana
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Blend together. Yields 2 servings, 1 cup per serving
Calories: 212 Fat: 3.6g Protein: 14.2g Carbs: 34.2g Fiber: 2g Sodium: 75mg
Cucumber, Apple, and Mint Cooler
1 cup chobbed seeded peeled cucumber
1/3 cup unsweetened frozen 100% apple juice concentrate, undiluted
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
10 ice cubes
Blend together. Yields 2 servings, 1 cup per serving

5 ice cubes
