Olive oil on chicken

Hey everyone. I'm back to trying to count calories. If I broil a chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil and seasonings, how do I count the olive oil? Some of it runs off, so even if I measured it before putting it in, it wouldn't count. Any thoughts?

I usually don't use oil in marinades. I'd say counting half to 2/3 of the oil you use is an estimate. Better than counting all or none!

I count the amount I use. I've learned to use much less oil.0

I rarely bother calculating it at all. 95% of it goes in the trash anyway. Never had a problem with this method.0

I count what I use, but if I use a Misto or cooking spray I don't count it, and get the same results. Especially for something like broiling.

This is me too.
I usually use a misto and count .1 or .2 of a TBSP, depending on how much I judge I use. Not exact, but I figure I use up all the oil eventually, so might as well log it regularly.0 -
I use a misto (olive oil sprayer) so you get a tiny amount of oil. I then add to my diary a miniscule amount, like .125 (1/8) tbsp.0

i dont bother counting that; i only use about a tbsp of it and most of it runs off anyway. minimal so i wouldn't worry.0
