Hi I am a 30 year old dad of 2 boys (7&5) I am a truck driver doing shop deliveries so spend a good amount of time sat driving and the rest I'm unloading, pushing roll cages from trailer to shops so I have an amount of activity in the day, however I start early in morning 4am to 6am and do 10 to 15 hour shifts and by time I've got home n put kids to bed it's like 7pm when i get my tea and I'm in bed by 9.
I've tried this several times and had some success but put most back on.

I have PTSD and have times of server depression which is when I tend to eat n eat n eat

I have very little free time to exercise but have just bought a new push bike I also like walking with the family however the pace is slow and doesn't seem to benefit.

Any tips help of just chat very welcome
