JMBR or 30 Day Shred?

Hi all!
I am new to this site and wanted to get some feedback regarding two of Jillian Michaels programs. First a little history on myself. Almost two years ago I was at my highest weight ever, 205lbs. Since then, I am now at 153lbs. To be perfectly honest, the first bulk of weight I didn't really work my butt to lose but now find that I am at the point where even though I have lost a lot of the "loose fat", I want to start getting lean and more "fit". I tried the 30 day shred and found it did just that. I didn't lose a lot in terms of actual weight but the loss in inches and muscle tone defiantly started to show. I have looked into the Body Revolution and although I have no doubt that it would definitely work for me my dilemma is that I'm on a timeline crunch (1 month). So my question is, which would be more effective for my situation? Any and all suggestions welcomed! :smile:
