Time to change me again

Hi All,
I never had a weight problem in my life...up until 15 years ago. So I had a good run for 45 years. In the past 15 years I was fluctuating 20 lbs up and down. in the last 12 months I managed to pack on 20 lbs again. Now I am in the "obese" category according to the CDC's website at 5'2" and 168.5 lbs. Well that was five days ago. I am down to 165 and exactly 40 to go from here. Primary goal is to regain my flexibility (danced on and off most of my life), regain strength, and lose those darn 40 lbs along the way that I am carrying like a sack of stones on my bones.
There are no excuses for me. I was sitting around too much, got lazy, and ate bread with bread when hungry. I can do this and so can you! Wish everybody success in their quest to be healthy!
