How to add database recipes to log?

I've been trouble figuring out how to access recipes that are in the database. My first question is, how do you access them and then add them to your food log?
Sort of separately, I Googled and found this recipe on MFP and made it. But on this page, I can't find any option for how to add the one-cup serving to my food log? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/generic-cumin-spiced-lentil-cauliflower-soup-104443297
