Getting back on track

I'm trying to get back on track with MFP. I lost 20 lbs a few years ago and lost my way.
I've found a few new walking/hiking trails nearby and I'm stocking my house with only good foods!! Currently in stock are: oranges, apples, broccoli, carrots, skim milk, low-fat cottage cheese, fruit juice, and lightly salted almonds. After buying, I realized that the fruit juice is not 100% but I'll pay more attention next time.
I would love some new friends for motivation! Feel free to add me!

I am absolutely in the same position, in getting back on track, and hoping exercise gets easier now that my achille's tendon has healed. First efforts: be honest in tracking, weighing, all that good stuff.0
